What delivery options do I have?

If your destination country is the United States, you can choose standard delivery or express delivery.

Standard delivery:

7-10 business days

Orders over $100,000 qualify for free standard shipping .  The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

 United States: We ship to all 50 states (and Washington, D.C.) Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery time is calculated from the time of order confirmation and includes a 24-hour processing and shipping period (business days only). Please note that delivery times may be longer during promotional periods.

Once your order is packed, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email containing delivery information and an online order tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.

You can also track your orders in your account.

Taxes and Fees

Taxes and fees will be calculated based on your shipping address and will be detailed on the checkout page. Please be sure to select your location to view the correct local market prices, estimated delivery time, and shipping costs.

We ship to all regions on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that all relevant import duties and taxes will be included in the product price.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs fees, and local sales tax.
