Sales tax

VSHOW complies with state regulations regarding sales and use taxes, and the specific tax amount depends on your shipping address. When you checkout and confirm receipt, the system will calculate applicable taxes based on the total value of your goods. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by an arbitrator or, where applicable, a court with competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and  continue to be in full force and effect; and, to make such provision enforceable and consistent with the remainder of this Agreement, it may be modified or deleted as necessary.
